Our client originally came to us as they had a requirement to TUPE some employees over from their existing contract. They did not have a HR resource in the business and as a result needed legal advice so ensure they were compliant with the law.
We began with focusing on the immediate requirement and then delivered a clear action plan for the TUPE of staff. We highlighted a number of policies and contractual requirements for the mid and long term objectives of the organisation. Building on the positive culture of the founder, we also produced a branded booklet for employees to celebrate the values and vision of the new company they were joining.
