Our client was experiencing high levels of stress in the office driven by a changing market place, high employee turnover and an underperforming business. They wanted solutions but didn’t know where to start.
The leaders in the business wanted to re-engage with their staff in a positive way and this purpose shaped everything we did from the outset.
We began with a Gingko People Audit to find out what the underlying causes of stress were across the relevant parts of the organisation from different perspectives. Using the outcomes from the report we then worked closely with the management team to support them with coaching, conflict resolution, re-structuring, policies and procedures, recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement to drive cultural change.

Through a period of growth, the organisation needed to be supported with HR systems to stabilise and connect the team back to their talents to drive the business forward.
