Having just come under new management, our client was seeking strategic support to navigate the challenges that lay ahead. Despite being a leader in their field, their management team had identified and briefed us to improve their employee morale, decrease their significant employee turnover and implement a Learning and Development strategy across the organisation.
Gingko conducted an anonymous survey, the results of which showed employees were dis-empowered and were not recognising talent in their team, with employees not being clear on their roles and what their individual developmental path and KPIs were. Underlying this was a break down in trust between management and employees.
We started working with the senior management team to identify the developmental pathway for all employees and implemented a communication strategy to ensure that everyone in the business bought into this framework. We coached and supported managers and staff through a revised appraisal process that reflected the revised KPI’s that had been put in place.
